Spend the weekend with beginning to plant amazing seeds to nurture, cultivate and grow deeply to strong roots and foundations for your personal yoga practice.

One priceless weekend a month for three months to gift yourself a healthy mind, body and overall well being through the full practice of yoga, its 8 limbs.

A perfect beginning for all levels.  Whether you are New to Yoga, beginners to established practice and/or aspiring teachers/teachers. Yoga is for all walks of life to take practice and enjoy.
We meet one weekend a month for 3 months on Saturday and Sunday 1pm-4pm to explore, grow, discover the profound gifts of your yoga practice to your everyday life, your mental, physical and spiritual well being.
Open to all who are interested in beginning their yoga practice with Ashtanga method, 8 limbs of yoga, also open to all with an established practice, aspiring teachers, or teachers who are continuing their study, and practice for a greater whole, greater Seva, dharma.
The main purpose and goal of giving this gift of immersion to yourself is to become more knowledgeable rooted, grounded in understanding your yoga practice, establishing all the 8 limbs in one’s practice and way of living on and off the mat.  Exploring more than physical asana alone. What does your practice or this practice cultivate  in your life? What are you looking for in your practice? What do you value most?
This series of weekends will touch and explore the full yoga practice, Meditation, Traditional pranayama, breathing practice, Authentic Physical yoga asana practice breaking its purpose, benefits, Sutra mantra chanting, Yoga philosophy and yoga lifestyle through the 8 limbs of yoga, modifications, assists, adjustments, anatomy, special conditions, injuries, diet, Q&A, etc.
Whether you are new or have practiced yoga, this immersion is highly recommended if you wish to delve more deeply into understanding your personal practice.  This immersion will be a wonderful asset of gems and pearls to compliment your ashtanga practice for Mysore style practice and Led guided classes.

Register early before March 15, 2017 , space is limited. 

 Cost:   $500.00 for full 3 weekends  (March, April, May).   REGISTER 

 Cost for One weekend session $200.00 each if unable to make all three weekend. 
I highly recommend you take the full three weekends, however I do understand busy and family schedule conflicts.  Therefore you may register for one weekend if your schedule doesn’t allow for the full immersion
