FLIGHT ARRANGEMENT: 

Fly into Maui, OGG airport , Arrive on the 3rd, stay through the 10th.  Leave MAUI on the 11th, check out is noon.  Or you can choose to leave later on the 10th if you need to. 

YOGA HEALTH & WELLNESS LIVING RETREAT:

 Yoga & Personal Wellness Living Retreat with Christina Martini, special guest Master Teacher included in this workshop to discuss longevity, reality of a Yoga practice that applies to your daily life balancing life, work and personal self care.  

Early bird before 8/15/2018  $1700.00 paid in full ($2000.00 after 8/15/18)  Non refundable deposit with registration $700.00 or pay in full.  Full Balance must be paid by October 3rd for non early bird registrations.  

INCLUDES: Lodging for 8 days, 8 nights, all yoga classes, meditation, philosophy classes, all workshop clinic sessions, chanting, breathing classes. Fresh juices, fresh fruits, open invitation to some nourishing brunch offered, creative healthy eating, hearty salad bowls, off the mat into the kitchen classes, open invitation to dinner meal served each night. 

NOT INCLUDED:  AIRFARE, airport transfer to and from, travel insurance, bike rental, car rental, excursions or extra curricular activities you choose to do . Special meals for your dietary needs for breakfast, lunch, dinner. 

DEPOSIT :

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of $700 is required to hold your space. Final Balance Policy: Final payment must be received by AUGUST 15,2018 in order to be eligible for the early bird pricing, and all payments are non-refundable.  FINAL BALANCE for all non early bird registrations due no later than October 3, 2018. 

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, your entire payment will be refunded less the $700 deposit if the cancellation is made before OCTOBER 3, 2018 .

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip. There are many travel insurance companies to choose from, but Travelex and World Nomads are two reputable organizations for worldwide travel coverage.

Sample Schedule: 

arrival on  Nov 3rd, Meet n greet, getting situated and acclimated 

700am- 12pm   begins Nov 4-9  deep practice, study and living. 

7am  Sunrise Meditation, Breathing, mindfulness , learning to enjoy sitting and breathing, the power of emptying the mind that supports everything we do thereafter.   

730am  Morning Yoga Practice , Introduction to your practice guided by Christina  plus a day with a Senior guest teacher scheduled 

930am – 1030am  Break, Breakfast treat, off the mat, into the kitchen, Juicing, creative realistic healthy choices for breakfast, brunch, lunches shared as part of our healthy wellness. 

1100 am- 1230pm. Yoga philosophy, Benefits of the breathing, movement of physical postures, mindfulness living to our mental, emotional, spiritual, physical well being.  

1pm-5pm  Free time , Rest, Journal, Explore. Take a walk, take a nap, read a book, Get to the beach, swim, visit towns, hike trails, ride bikes, surf, paddleboard, kite surf, wind surf, boogie board, etc. 

5pm   Workshop Clinic , Get moving with breath and postures for strength, flexibility, balance, understanding the purpose of the postures beyond the physicality and more plus  Applying your practice into your personal activities. Discussion of worsening existing health conditions, injuries, limitations, weight mgnt, weight loss, prevention tips of complicating our wellbeing. 

600pm  Sanskrit study, chanting and singing mantras, Yoga philosophy Q & A . 

630pm     Optional,  join me for dinner, open invitation. 

Bring your mat, sweat towel, water, lunch, snack, pen or pencil, chanting sheet given to you by christina on arrival. 

Bring your happy heart, open mind and great positive attitude.  Come with a beginning student heart and mind.
